  7. The basic installation instructions are also in the line mode
  8. browser tar file in plain text.  That will allow you to get the
  9. line mode browser (www) up.  9You can probably get a binary anyway).
  10. Then you can use that to change HTML into text

  12.     www -n -p -na xxxx.html

  14. will give you a non-interactive unpaged link-free formatted
  15. text output. What more can you want?

  17. If there is something crucial missing from the .txtx files
  18. shipped, then tell www-bug@info.cern.ch.  If you want more
  19. information about other bits without getting www up, then
  20. just telnet to info.cern.ch and read it on line.
